Aurostar FZCO is the headquarter and strategic heart of the group harmonising the Botswana manufacturing operation with the sales offices in the largest diamond consumer markets. This creates a very efficient pipeline from producer country to consumer.
Aurostar FZCO is not solely the strategic headquarter of the group, it has its own rough and polished divisions. The team source and distribute rough from diamond mines beyond the large mining conglomerates. Mostly Junior miners and producers that sell at a noncontractual basis in Dubai. This complements the rough procurement done by Aurostar Diamonds Botswana from De Beers and the Okavango Diamond Company.
The production of polished diamonds from our Botswana manufacturing operation uniquely comes to Dubai for distribution. Here these ‘Made in Botswana’ branded diamonds are sent to the right sales office or sold to our Middle Eastern client base. This is only a part of our polished inventory, which is one of the largest in Dubai in terms of certified diamonds.

Aurostar Diamonds Botswana combines the traditional diamond manufacturing techniques passed down through generations with the most advanced technology and places this skillset in the hands of the Batswana employees. Input from the distribution in our various markets is converted into a direct manufacturing flow from Botswana in order to maximise efficiency. Integrity and traceability of our polished product it hugely important to us that is why our factory is a certified Forevermark manufacturer.
The factory hosts educational tours for many different groups, from stakeholders and students to foreign jewelers who need more information on the manufacturing process. We believe that education combined with beneficiation will go far in securing a successful diamond industry for Botswana.

In addition to contracts with De Beers, Arjav Diamonds Botswana is a Sightholder, Arjav Diamonds consistently purchases from other large and junior miners.
